Recharging Your SIM Card:
Mobilink Jazz scratch card (vouchers) and Jazz Electronic Vouchers are very easy to find all over Pakistan and can be purchased at Mobilink centers, post offices, markets and at any Mobilink partners or kiosk displaying the Jazz logo. These are sold in Rs 300,   Rs 625, Rs 1000, Rs 1500 and Rs 2000  denominations.

Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) is an option by which you go to an authorized dealer and purchase a recharge. Rather than obtaining a pre-printed scratch-off card, you will obtain your recharge code on your receipt. Authorized EVD dealers are ABC Prepaid, PASPort, E-Charge and PSO-EVD.

Note: Please remember to refresh your account within 30 days of expiry of your account validity.

To charge the SIM with a voucher code proceed as follows:

• Scratch the silver coating at the back of your card to reveal the 14 digit code. (Obviously, this does not apply to Electronic Vouchers.)
• Dial 123 from your cell phone and follow the instructions.
• Enter the 14 digit code into the handset.
• You will receive notification when you have successfully applied your credit.

SMS messages can be up to a maximum of 160-characters per message.

Service Life:
Your Mobilink Jazz Pakistani SIM card is valid 3 months after activation. To reactivate your account contact your nearest Mobilink service centers or franchise center.

Customer Service:
Customer service for your Pakistan prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing 111 from your Pakistan cellular phone. To call from the US, you would dial 011-92-51- 2273984 . When prompted, choose 0 for the operator.
