Exports
On arrival at the port, a clearing agent's services are required. The agents will need the following documents to help process your consignment.
Packing list
Commercial invoice
Letter of Credit (LC)
Certificate of origin which is issued by the chamber of commerce
National Tax Number Certificate
All exports from Pakistan are required to be declared on form 'E' . The exporter or his agent is required to submit the Form to the bank after completion. The bank will certify the form after verification. This from and the shipping bill should be submitted to the Customs/Postal authorities. Customs authorities will affixing their seal and signature and forward the form to the State Bank and to the exporter. The exporter will make copies of these forms and submit the duplicate copies to the shipping documents and forms to an Authorized Dealer within 14 days from the date of shipment.
